Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar, we request permission to create calendar events. We only access your calendar when you explicitly ask the bot to create an event. We do not read, modify, or delete existing calendar events. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted.

Email Integration

If you configure email monitoring, we connect to your email account via IMAP to check for new messages. Email content is processed by AI to classify importance. We do not store full email contents, only metadata (sender, subject, preview) for notification purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure database. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Telegram: For bot messaging and notifications
• OpenAI/Google Gemini: For AI-powered voice command understanding and email classification
• Google Calendar API: For calendar integration (when enabled)
• Email Providers: For email monitoring (when configured)

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the bot administrator or deleting your account.
